HOW TO PREPARE- Students should arrive shortly before class time. It is advised not to wear any clothing that restricts breathing, circulation and movement. Yoga should be practiced on an empty stomach. Please inform the teacher of pregnancy, recent injuries or any medical condition before the class. Students who are menstruating should avoid inverted postures.
YOGA MATS: We have mats to borrow if you are brand new to yoga but strongly encourage you to have your own- we have ECO Mats for sale, great quality, non-slip for only 30euro.
