Absolute Beginners Class: The Monday evening 8pm class IS FULL.

New Class: Continuing Beginners with Paul will start on Tuesday November 1st. An 8 week course up until December 20th. Booking essential via paypal. Book early as spaces are limited and this class is usually full. 

Katrina's Wednesday 6.30pm vinyasa- An 8 week course which includes pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation/relaxation will start November 2nd. Open to all. Booking essential via paypal or email. 

A new 8 week course: Sunday Evening Beginners class for Back care  will start on November 6th, 2016.  A combination of pilates and yoga. Booking can be done via PayPal or email- please specify the Sunday course when booking.

YOGA FOR CHILDREN will continue on Tuesdays from 3pm-3.50pm. A 5-week course which will cost 40euro. 10euro drop in. Taught by Fiona Brown, a parent- qualified, vetted, experienced and fun!

8 week Absolute Beginners, Continuing Beginners or Pilates Course: 100euro/80euro student.

Frequency Card- 10 classes = 120 euro, 20 classes = 200 euro, 30 classes = 240 euro

Frequency Card, student discount: 10 classes = 100euro, 20 classes = 180, 30 classes = 200

Pregnancy 5 week series: 60euro

1 hour lunch time classes: 10euro drop in. 1 month (5 classes) 40euro/25euro unwaged.

Private Session: 65 euro. 6 sessions 300 euro

Thai Massage: 75 euro per 2 hour session.

FREQUENCY CARDS: Only classes in blue on schedule are available for the Frequency class cards all classes must be taken in a 3 month period. EXPIRATION DATE ON THE CARD IS FINAL.

Beginners and Pilates series of classes run over an 8-week term. Make up classes must be taken within the 8 weeks.

HOW TO PREPARE- Students should arrive shortly before class time. It is advised not to wear any clothing that restricts breathing, circulation and movement. Yoga should be practiced on an empty stomach. Please inform the teacher of pregnancy, recent injuries or any medical condition before the class. Students who are menstruating should avoid inverted postures.

YOGA MATS: We have mats to borrow if you are brand new to yoga but strongly encourage you to have your own...
