Christmas Schedule- last classes of the year will be on Friday December 19th. Classes start back on January 5th.

January Absolute Beginners Class will start on Tuesday January 13th at 6.40pm. Booking is essential as the class is normally full. Book via Paypal on the right or send an email to reserve/ask questions.

HOW TO PREPARE- Students should arrive shortly before class time. It is advised not to wear any clothing that restricts breathing, circulation and movement. Yoga should be practiced on an empty stomach. Please inform the teacher of pregnancy, recent injuries or any medical condition before the class. Students who are menstruating should avoid inverted postures.

YOGA MATS: We have mats to borrow if you are brand new to yoga but strongly encourage you to have your own- we have ECO Mats for sale, great quality, non-slip for only 30euro.
