An Seomra Yoga is an ideal place to attend before or after work for a de-stressing class. There are also mid-morning classes available to get in some much needed respite. An Seomra Yoga includes a treatment room which can be rented by therapists to offer holistic treatments to complement the various yoga offerings. Changing facilities are also provided. We host regular workshops and events. Check our Events page for more details.  The benefits of yoga are many. Regular practice of the asanas (postures) balances all the systems of the body, activating and toning the muscles, bones and organs. It corrects posture, restores energy and stamina, clears the body of toxins and soothes and calms the mind.
Students should arrive shortly before class time. It is advised not to wear any clothing that restricts breathing, circulation and movement. Yoga should be practiced on an empty stomach. Please inform the teacher of pregnancy, recent injuries or any medical condition before the class. Students who are menstruating should not do any inverted postures.
