Sound therapy workshop on this weekend! There will be no yoga classes Saturday and Sunday morning. Friday evening vinyasa with Lisa will be on and drop ins are welcome.

The Sunday Evening Beginners class for Back care continues. The next 8 week course will resume Sunday, June 5th at 6.40pm. Another 8 week course, booking can be made via Paypal on the right. Please specify Sunday class when booking.

8 week Absolute Beginners, Continuing Beginners or Pilates Course: 100euro/80euro student.

Frequency Card- 10 classes = 120 euro, 20 classes = 200 euro, 30 classes = 240 euro

Pregnancy 5 week series: 60euro

1 hour lunch time classes: 10euro drop in. 1 month (5 classes) 40euro/25euro unwaged.

Thai Massage: 75 euro per 2 hour session.

FREQUENCY CARDS: Only classes in blue on schedule are available for the Frequency class cards all classes must be taken in a 3 month period. EXPIRATION DATE ON THE CARD IS FINAL.

Beginners and Pilates series of classes run over an 8-week term. Make up classes must be taken within the 8 weeks.

HOW TO PREPARE- Students should arrive shortly before class time. It is advised not to wear any clothing that restricts breathing, circulation and movement. Yoga should be practiced on an empty stomach. Please inform the teacher of pregnancy, recent injuries or any medical condition before the class. Students who are menstruating should avoid inverted postures.

YOGA MATS: We have mats to borrow if you are brand new to yoga but strongly encourage you to have your own...
