HOW TO PREPARE- Students should arrive shortly before class time. It is advised not to wear any clothing that restricts breathing, circulation and movement. Yoga should be practiced on an empty stomach. Please inform the teacher of pregnancy, recent injuries or any medical condition before the class. Students who are menstruating should avoid inverted postures.
