Paul, co-owner of An Seomra Yoga did his first yoga class in Seattle in 1994. 

He continued his practice and study of yoga in Los Angeles in a variety of styles and did his teacher training with Yogaworks in Santa Monica. Yogaworks is a school of yoga inspired by the classical Ashtanga, Iyengar and Viniyoga schools, all in the lineage of Krishnamacharya complemented by Alan Finger's deep knowledge of meditation and the subtle body.  He continued his study in Sacred Movement, Venice CA, with Erich Schiffman and Jamie Elmer.

Paul's teaching style is influenced by the Yogaworks system along with the intuitive focus of Erich Schiffman and Chad Hamerons's teaching and the dynamic movement with breath of Jamie Elmer and Robyn Ann Schumacher.

His classes tend to be strong and energetic but always with a light hearted approach.
