Gary Patrick O'Toole practiced different types of Yoga before studying with Carol Murphy and Green Lotus Yoga here in Galway.  He is a fully qualified Hatha Yoga instuctor with Green Lotus and Yoga Alliance, a world wide governing body.  He has the title "Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counsellor" which he received from the American Institute of Vedic Studies.  He is also a Vedic Astrologer and has studied this ancient science for the past twelve years.  He combines all these Indian sciences in his own daily practice and in helping his students come to a better understanding of themselves and their path in life.
